Our School Prayer

Representatives from our Key Stage 2 classes worked with Reverend Money to write our school prayer. It is based on the 'Teaspoon' style of prayer which uses the format of 'Thank you', 'Sorry', and 'Please' as the basis for the structure for the prayer.

 

Our prayer:

 

God our Father, thank you for all that you give to us.

Thank you for the cherished moments with family and friends and for the love you have for us.

Forgive the wrong things that we do and help us to make good choices.

Help us to say sorry when we hurt others.

Please be with us through the dark times of our lives and lead us into the light.

Please stay with us as we learn to be our very best and live life in all its fullness.
