House Teams and House Captains

All children in school, from Reception class to Year 6 are given a House Team to belong to and represent. Our houses are; Vinnals (red), Whitcliffe (blue), Mortimer (green) and Bringewood (yellow). The house names were chosen by pupils to represent our local woodlands.

 

Children earn House points during the school day for good work and good manners and these points are totalled up at the end of each week and the winning house is announced during Friday's celebration worship by our House captains and on our weekly newsletter.

 

Each year, new House Captains are chosen by the pupils from our Class 4 pupil cohort. These children carry out their roles and responsibilities with great dedication.

 

Throughout the year, inter-house competitive sporting events are organised. Pupils also mix into their house teams for curriculum enrichment days such as our 'Faith through Art' days.
