Bishop Hooper School links to local Churches
We are a Church of England school and this is reflected within the school by its Christian ethos.
All children meet daily for either whole school or class-based worship.
Each Friday we have a Celebration worship to share and recognise the achievements of the children.
We also visit the Churches of St Mary Magdelane in Ashford Carbonel and St Mary’s in Caynham when we can.
Rev Lynn Money leads worship each Monday and shares time with pupils during the morning. We enjoy ‘Open Book’ worship every two weeks, led by members of our local churches and also Hannah Kelsall from Checkpoint Christian charity visits us every two weeks to lead worship. Parents and carers are invited to come along and share in this with us.
